Access Welcome Guide

Welcome to Wild SUP Tours! We’re delighted you’re here.

Thank you for choosing to spend time with us and for trusting our team to introduce you to the joy of stand up paddle (SUP) boarding. We welcome participants with a wide range of accessibility needs and are committed to creating an experience that feels safe, supportive, and enjoyable for everyone. Because paddle boarding is a physically active sport, a certain level of physical ability is required, but we will always do our best to adapt where possible.

This guide is designed to help answer your accessibility questions and to give you a clear sense of what to expect. We’re truly excited to share the water with you.

If we have not covered your accessibility needs in this document, please contact us on +353 (0) 83 476 6428 or email: wildsuptours@gmail.com and we will discuss your specific situation and how we can offer our assistance where possible.

Contact Information

Our phone number is +353 83 476 6428.

Feel free to call, text, WhatsApp, or voice note us, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Alternatively, you can email us at wildsuptours@gmail.com or book in directly through our website and not have to speak with anyone.

Any way you choose, we are delighted to hear from you!

How to Find Us

We are a mobile operation, operating out of a Mercedes Sprinter van and trailer. We meet our guests at the beach where we will launch your SUP tour from. We use a few different locations for this and base it on the weather conditions present on the day of your tour. All our locations are near to the Dingle area. We provide a map pin to the specific location the day before your scheduled tour.

The best way to reach us is by car, as some of our locations are a bit remote.

If you are travelling by public transport, you can easily get to Dingle town by bus. Bus Eireann provides a regular service to the centre of Dingle on route #275 from Tralee or #276 from Killarney.

We can help arrange pick-ups and drop-offs from Dingle should that prove necessary. We have working relationships with several local taxi services and would be happy to arrange a lift should that be necessary.

Key Accessibility Features

Arrival Information

On arrival, all key information can be provided in either audio or written format, depending on individual preference. This ensures guests can access instructions in the way that best suits their needs.

Familiarisation Visits

We are happy to arrange free familiarisation visits prior to booking a tour with us, to see if your specific requirements are catered for.

Adapted Tours and Flexible Experiences

Quiet tours and relaxed tours can be arranged to suit your specific needs. Examples of options available include, but are not limited to; shorter tours, specific locations if conditions allow, private tours and minimal verbal instructions.

Safety and Emergency Procedure

Our emergency action plans include visual cues in addition to auditory ones, should an emergency arise.

Assistance and Guide Dogs

Guide and Assistant dogs are welcome to join their humans on our SUP tours.

Toilet Facilities

Due to the mobile nature of our business, we do not have toilet facilities. It is recommended that all guests use such facilities before they arrive. Accessible public toilets are available at Garvey’s Supervalu and at the Dingle Marina.
